Karl (with a K) Deuble (pronounced “Doo-bull”)

Karl Deuble is an American artist, screen printer and musician, living in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Raised in the small town of Belen, NM, Karl grew up loving drawing, skateboarding, cats, Legos, and art. He graduated from the University of New Mexico with a BAFA in Art Studio in 2006, concentrating on printmaking. Using acrylic paint, spray paint, pencil, and screen printing, Karl makes abstract “messes” with paint splatters for his backgrounds, then adds befuddled and messed-up-teeth-ed characters. Karl started his own screen printing business in 2014, after working for commercial companies for over six years. He uses screen printing in his artwork, as well as prints for other artists, bands, and businesses. Now in his late-30’s, Karl still loves drawing, skateboarding, cats, Legos, and art.

Karl is the guitarist and vocalist for the band, Distances.
